Please allow extra time for deliveries especially around public holidays or the Christmas season; once your order leaves Treasury Road we don‘t have control over its arrival time.
If a package has been damaged in delivery, please contact Treasury Road immediately by emailing or calling, we package our mosaics and jewelry extremely well but accidents can happen.
International shipments are despatched within 5 working days.
Please be aware that some mosaics cannot be shipped international due to their weight, size and being fragile.
The shipping fee charged at the checkout is merely and ESTIMATE, where possible we will accept this, however if you have ordered a few products or the shipment is heavy or bulky we may need to charge you the difference, we only charge you for the cost of the shipping.
By all means please contact me before purchasing your product/s to receive an accurate shipment price.
All duties and taxes for your country are payable by yourself.
Treasury Road does not ship to all countries.
If you receive an order that you are not happy with I will gladly refund the purchase price, once the product has been returned in its original condition.
You will need to contact me directly via phone or email within 5 days of receiving the parcel to arrange it’s return; insurance and postage will be payable by yourself.
If a product has been used or worn a refund will not be given, it must remain in its original condition.
Most mosaics, jeweled photo frames and jewelry in the Treasury Road store are handmade, part handmade or materials have been used that have been upcycled, these have natural patinas and imperfections in them which I love as they add character.
If you are not going to be 100% happy with this, please do not purchase a handmade piece from the store.
All Treasury Road pieces are not intended for use or to be used or worn by children under the age of 15.
While I take every effort to photograph and show the colour of a piece, please be aware that everyone’s computer monitor will see colours differently, if you want to make sure of the colour or you have any questions about an item, please call me or send an email.
Before booking a custom order in the store please email me or give me a call so that we can discuss what you require, as a design fee may apply, I will work with you on colours and design.
Custom orders $250 or above require a 50% deposit up front before commencement of any work, the balance is payable prior to despatching or picking up, if the order is under $250 then payment is required in full.
